Biography
Dr. Moon-Jin Jeon has been working at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) from 2007 to the present, developing, and operating various satellites and probes.
In 2012, he launched KOMPSAT-3, and in 2015, KOMPSAT-3A, which he has been operating ever since.. 2016He developed the lunar orbiter Danuri, which was launched and began operations in 2022, and is currently successfully performing its extended mission.. 2025He also began developing a lunar lander, and is currently serving as the system team leader, guiding its system development.
