On-site Registration: Even if you did not pre-register, you can register on-site at the registration desk in the exhibition lobby and receive a badge to enter.
Yes, all events at ASTC 2026 are free of charge. However, an admission badge is required to enter the venue, which must be obtained through pre-registration or on-site registration.

The venue is conveniently located directly in front of a subway station, offering excellent accessibility, so you can easily reach it via public transportation, including the subway.
However, parking is provided only for participating companies and speakers.
Lost items will be stored by the organizing secretariat for up to 30 days after the event, after which they will be disposed of. If you have lost an item, please contact the organizing secretariat.
