Biography
Antonio Stark is a Korea-born space policy and strategy expert.
He currently serves as the Global Alliance Lead for ispace, Inc. in Tokyo, Japan, building partnerships across the Indo-Pacific region around lunar mobility, cislunar space infrastructure, and scientific experiments for deep space exploration.
Antonio’s prior work was in the satellite realm as he worked as the Partner Sales Executive at Planet Labs (US/Singapore) and South Korea Country Manager at HEO Robotics (Australia/Korea). He serves on various space NGOs, including the International Astronautical Federation, Moon Village Association, and Interstellar Foundation.

Deep Space Communications for Next Generation Cislunar Architecture
In ispace’s next mission in 2027 will host NASA’s CLPS CP-12 mission to the far side of the moon. In part of the mission, ispace-US’ next generation lander, APEX 1.0, will bring two lunar communications relay satellites – Alpine and Lupine – to lunar orbit to provide one of the first communications relay service from lunar orbit by a commercial entity.
